PAYMENTS

All the payments for our services are possible via direct bank deposit to our bank account with .: Banka Intesa Sanpaolo d.d.
Account holder: Bojan Rusjan s.p.
Account number: SI56 1010 0005 9303 467  SWIFT / BIC: BAKOSI2X
or in person with cash, on the day of the trip. A 50% prepayment by bank transfer is required at the time of booking. The balance can be paid in cash on the day of the trip or one week before via bank transfer.

CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT

Cancellation by the Participant must be written to the email address info@socatrout.com. In case of cancellation 15 days or less before the start of the activity, the full amount of the deposit paid will be charged, in case of cancellation 16-30 days before the trip, 50% of the deposit paid will be charged. In case of cancellation 30 days or more before the trip, the full deposit paid will be refunded.

CANCELLATION OF SERVICES BY SOČA TROUT

In the event of cancellation by the Soča Trout due to extreme weather conditions or unexpected high water levels, when there is no safe way to carry out our activities or if we are no able to provide an alternative date for you, we will fully refund your advanced payment.
In case of an interrupted activity that we already started with you due to unforeseeable reasons, or if the participant changes his mind or if for any reason cannot continue the activity, the Soča Trout cannot refund the amount that has already been paid.

MONEY REFUND

Soča Trout will refund the deposit paid to the client according to the terms of the cancellation policy within 14 days of receipt of the written cancellation.

PRICES

All the prices are in EURO and include VAT.

GENERAL

• Soča Trout reserves the right to charge for the damages incurred by the user when renting equipment during activities.
• Soča Trout does not take responsibility for any personal belongings of the participants in case of them being lost, damaged or stolen.
• Soča Trout reserves the right to cancel any party’s participation in the scheduled activities in the event that it considers that the person does not meet the minimum level of qualification and/or ability, or that person has serious health problems or injuries.
• If you have any health problems, please inform us about them before the start of the activity.

POLICY OF CONDUCTING GUIDED FLY FISHING ACTIVITIES

Be prepared to spend up to 9 hours on the water. This requires a certain psycho-physical shape, to be able to walk and wade in the water.
There are certain risks in fishing, because the activity is carried out in the nature in the river. Where there is river flow the water is mostly very cold. Therefore, you must agree to attend a guided activity at your own volition and risk and to follow your guides’ instructions to the letter. You will be required to sign a statement about the fishing at your own risk before we start of the activity, thus undertaking that in case of injury due to your own fault or due to an unfortunate event or an accident you will not claim any compensation fee or initiate compensation proceedings against Soča Trout fly fishing Slovenia.

In addition, by signing the statement of responsibility, you also allow Soča Trout to use and publish any photos and/or videos taken during guided activities on its website, and on its social networks, intended exclusively for advertising and promotion of Soča Trout services and activities.
The signatory also agrees that he/she will not use the photographs and/or videos that he/she will make himself/herself during the guided activities for commercial purposes without the obtained consent of the Soča Trout.

The participant of the guided activities must be of legal age (18 years old), all minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
The maximum number of fishermen allowed in a group is 3, that enables us to provide safety and the best fly fishing conditions.

The guided activity can be interrupted or ended at any time by sole decision of Soča Trout guide in case that participant does not follow the instructions of the guide and/or in the event where the guide believes that it is not possible to perform the activities safely for participants and/or himself. Endangering oneself and/or others is a valid reason to terminate the activity.
Soča Trout guide can also cancel or suspend the activity at his sole decision, if the participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and in case of inappropriate behavior, intentional endangerment of human safety and/or nature. In case of cancellation for the aforementioned cases, participants will not be refunded.
